Weekly Elevation
#7: February 16, 2026
The Weekly Elevation is a little boost to your inbox and subconscious mind every Monday morning to elevate your week ahead.
Let’s pretend together for a moment…
Pretend you are so excited for the week ahead. Imagine this week is the one you’ve been waiting for — as if your entire life has lead up to the beauty that will unfold in these next 7 days.
Pretend this week is straight from the vision board you created a year ago and you look around realizing that it’s here. You’re living it.
Breathe that in.
What are you noticing? What are you feeling? What did you realize actually was part of your vision board from the past and are now thinking damn this really is cool?
This is the art of pretending. And here’s why it works:
The brain doesn’t know what’s real and what’s imagined. It fires in the same way when something is actually happening as when you’re simply pretending (or imagining).
What we just did there was prompt your brain to fire as if this truly is the week you’ve been waiting for. The neurons that signal this is the week of your dreams have connected.
And in truth, your entire life has led up to this week. So let’s lean into the neural foundation we set together. Let’s continue to choose to see this week as the one we have been waiting for — the one that holds the beauty that past versions of us were dreaming of.
I have a sneaking suspicion that if we look for it, if we pretend it’s there, we just might see and experience it.

Reflections
What subtle shifts did you notice when you pretended?
When you imagined this week held what past you had been dreaming of, what did you notice?
If you imagine leaning into this idea of pretending this week, what feels possible?
If you enjoyed this week’s elevation, you can show your appreciation by buying me a coffee! This cool new button helps me open up the energetic exchange with my community so I can continue to write, share, and create.
